In order to be listed with HealthWell, each coach must submit and maintain a 4 star (out of 5) client rating, provide proof of graduation from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and current general and professional liability insurance.
HealthWell Coaching takes a holistic approach to health and wellness, focusing on not only nutrition and exercise, but also stress management, sleep, and overall wellness. Our coaches work collaboratively with clients to co-create personalized plans in alignment with their individual vision and values.

HealthWell is not affiliated with the Institute for Functional Medicine. Our founder and our listed coaches are all graduates of the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy which is the only program designed and delivered in collaboration with The Institute for Functional Medicine and fully approved by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching.
Absolutely, your coach will work with you to refine your goal if you desire or you may be able to jump right into eliminating the obstacles standing between you and achieving your goal.
Absolutely, your coach can work with you to develop and define your goals even if you have no idea where to start. Once an initial or initial set of goals is developed your Coach will help you attack those obstacles and achieve those goals!
If you're interested in how long the sessions are it's somewhat dependent on the Coach but generally 30-45 minutes per session.
If you're interested in how many sessions it'll take before you start seeing results, it really depends on your goals and obstacles. We've seen clients have an epiphany in their first session that makes a noticeable difference in their life & health but some clients are dealing with multiple health issues that are best tackled over a series of sessions.
Each listed coach sets their own rates which is based on their experience, locale, length of the session and other factors. Look to multi-session packages for the best bang for your health-focused buck.
